Excess Coffee May Be Linked To Early Death.
Steel yourself for the results of a new study
that’s making headlines: Those of us under 55 who drink a lot of coffee
– more than four cups per day – may be at greater risk of an early
death. And not death from heart problems, but death from all causes. The
study, from Mayo Clinic Proceedings, followed people for
almost two decades, and found that in both sexes, younger people were
more likely to die of anything than people who drank less. Though it may
sound bleak, the study really just adds to the mishmosh of coffee
studies all pointing at different outcomes. And good news remains – many
earlier studies have found that heavy coffee consumption is linked to reduced mortality. So the logical advice is still to enjoy your daily ritual if it seems to work for you.
But here’s what the new study found. The team tracked almost 44,000 participants for 17 years, noting how many people died, and of what cause. Lifestyle factors like coffee consumption, diet, exercise, smoking, and weight were taken noted and potential confounders controlled for. It turned out that 2,500 people died during the study period, with men making up over 87% of those deaths.

Treating People The Way You Wish To Be Treated
The way that you treat other people around you shows the kind of person that you are. it reflect on your background, upbringing and even your own personality. most people refer to this as the golden rule. apart from this being the human most basic thing to do it is also important because life is a wheel, you are not always on top you may come down at a point in time and need someone to pull you up.
Do unto others
Treating people with dignity and respect not only makes them feel good and appreciated but it also makes you the person feel better about yourself. When you treat people the same way you want to be treated, you build this reputation for yourself and become known as the kind and nice person. It may not benefit you in a very big way to have a good reputation but it will help the people around you to know that they can trust and depend on you and be there for you the same way you would be there for them. this term is best explain in religious terms whereby the good divine thing to do is to be good and respect the feelings of others. this statement is often taught to young children as a way to make them understand that if you treat someone well they will also treat you well. as the children understand this also us adult should understand this and if everybody treated everyone else the way they want to be treated, the world we live in would be a better place
